The Origin

A garment that didn't exist yet

Nick was looking for something the market wouldn't sell him a kimono cut with a Western swagger, sewn from textiles that carried weight. Nothing fit. Nothing felt right.

Rather than settle, he taught himself to cut, drape and finish. What began as a single robe for himself became a private study in fabric a slow archive of velvets, silks and hand-selected blends.

Signature burnout velvet became the house's fingerprint. Plush and transparent in the same breath. A textile that changes when the light moves.
